Salon Coordinator
The DO Salon is looking for a dynamic, organised, and creative Salon Coordinator to join our team! This is a multi-faceted role where no two days are the same – if you love the beauty industry, social media, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the salon’s day-to-day activities and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to emails and messages
- Assist stylists when needed and maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment
- Manage stock control and packing for our e-commerce store (experience with Shopify is a plus)
- Keep our social media active – posting, content creation, and basic video editing

- Experience in a salon or beauty industry environment
- Confident using social media and video editing tools
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, and proactive – someone who can jump in wherever needed

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Hairdressing or higher
- Minimum 4 years’ experience
