Annette is our fearless principal leader and the Australia/New Zealand INNOluxe Brand Ambassador.

With over 30 years of experience colouring and styling hair across Melbourne, Annette is renowned for her precision cuts and is affectionately known as our 'Curl Whisperer' for her exceptional talent with texturing hair.

Passionate about the health of her client's hair, Annette is dedicated to educating them on achieving their hair goals, both at The DO Salon and at home. We are confident she can talk underwater about products and hair health! And she enjoys a good Negroni!  

Julie 

Julie is our gorgeous resident Irish lass who joined the DO crew as a Senior Stylist in October 2022. With over seven years of experience in hairdressing and a colour master's degree, she holds the title of our colour transformation queen!

Beyond the salon, Julie enjoys indulging in the vibrant Melbourne food scene, taking leisurely walks in the countryside, and unwinding on the beach. Experience the pop of Prosecco bottles and Julie's exceptional skills at The DO Salon.

Cordell

With over 11 years of experience, Cordell has built a reputation for creating flawless platinum blondes, sleek blunt bobs, and effortlessly cool lived-in balayage. Whether you're after a bold transformation or a subtle refresh, Cordell's expert eye and precision styling make her the go-to for hair that turns heads.

Her talent has taken her across the globe—from competing in the prestigious L'Oréal Colour Trophy (which led to a trip to Paris) to training at the world-renowned Vidal Sassoon Academy in London. Now her home is The DO Salon, where she combines her experience with a passion for helping clients feel their best.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Cordell indulging in her love of fashion, discovering new places while travelling, and sipping on a well-deserved spicy margarita—because style and a little spice go hand in hand.

Kathy
Kathy is our resident Makeup Artist and a Pom! Having called Melbourne home for over 10 years, Kathy has been a qualified makeup artist for 9 years.

She is passionate about making her clients feel beautiful on any special day. Adored by her kids, who fondly refer to her work as 'mummy painting faces,' Kathy also enjoys having fun, dancing, and indulging in sugary sweets.
