Terms and Conditions –Refer a Friend Promotion
Eligibility:
The promotion is valid for existing clients of The DO Salon (referred to as the “referrer”) who refer a new client (referred to as the “referee”) to the salon.
The referee must be a new client who has not previously booked an appointment at The DO Salon.
Offer Activation:
The referee must spend a minimum of $100 on their first appointment.
The referee must mention the referrer’s name to The DO Salon team prior to finalising payment for their first appointment.
Gift Voucher Details:
Once the referee completes their first paid appointment (minimum $100), both the referrer and referee will receive a $50 gift voucher applied to their client accounts.
The gift voucher is valid for use on salon services and treatments only. It cannot be used for the purchase of haircare or styling products.
Gift Voucher Usage:
The full value of the $50 gift voucher must be used in a single transaction. No change will be provided if the full amount is not used.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make, meaning referrers can earn multiple $50 gift vouchers for referring multiple new clients.

The DO Salon’s standard booking, cancellation, and refund policies apply to all appointments made using the $50 gift cards.
General Conditions:
The promotion is available for in-salon use only, it can be redeemed online only for booking services (deposits), but cannot be utilised online for haircare product purchases.
The promotion does not apply to past referrals or appointments made before the start date of the promotion.
The DO Salon reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
